PMA has extensive experience operating within live prisons, defence sites, and some of the most sensitive locations in the UK. We understand the unique complexities and strict limitations these environments demand, and we deliver with precision and discretion.
PMA recently completed a bespoke security project at HMP Bristol, involving the installation of bird netting across key areas of the prison to address the increasing threat of drones being used to deliver contraband.
With no existing MoJ technical specification for this type of deterrent, we collaborated closely with specialist sub-contractors, the Establishment, and the Client to develop a compliant and effective solution.
This innovative approach is now being considered as a potential standard for wider implementation across the MoJ estate.
