PMA delivered works on site at Clive Barracks to supply & install 88 modular single accommodation units and 18 associated amenity units (storerooms etc.)
The units were fabricated, fit-out and delivered to site and placed on existing hardstanding surface opposite an existing 48 bedspace modular Transit Unit.
The project did include excavation works to bring services (power, water, drainage) to the new units; complete with a connection into the existing HV ring main to install a new substation.
