Between February 2021 and May 2021, we installed 64 Nr sleeper units at HMP Standford Hill for GFSL at a cost of £2.9 million.

The auxiliary units included double servery, double self-cook, double office and WC, single laundry, single pin phone and store units.

We also upgraded 20 Nr temporary Covid-19 sleepers into permanent placement arrangement.

We conducted the following works and installed 64 MUDR permanent sleeper units-

From February 2021 for a period of approx.8.3 weeks, we conducted, and we installed 80 Nr sleeper units at HMP Ford for GFSL at a cost of approx. £2.6 million.

We conducted the following works as part of the project: –

From March 2020 for a period of approx. 13 weeks, we altered and adapted the existing standard cells into compliant safer cells at a cost of approx. £210,000.

From June 2020 for a period of approx. 13 weeks, we installed temporary accommodation portacabins at HMP East Sutton Park at a cost of approx. £250,000.

In response to the Covid-19 outbreak the MoJ sourced and purchased a number of individual portacabins and asked us to place them in a temporary designated location. The idea was to provide isolation areas to help manage and contain the Covid outbreak there.

We conducted the following works as part of the project: –

From June 2020 for a period of approx. 13 weeks, we installed temporary accommodation portacabins at HMP The Verne at a cost of approx. 189,000.

In response to the Covid-19 outbreak the MoJ sourced and purchased several individual portacabins and asked us to place them in a temporary designated location. The idea was to provide isolation areas to help manage and contain the Covid outbreak there.

We conducted the following refurbishment works: –

From June 2020 to September 2020, we conducted temporary accommodation works at HMP Huntercombe at a cost of approx. £155,000.

We altered and adapted an existing office, converting the area into an NHS-compliant dentist in-establishment facility.

From January 2020 for a period of approx. 8 weeks, we undertook an adapted equality cell conversion and holding room alteration at HMP Wormwood Scrubs at a cost of £138,000.

We conducted the following works as part of the project: –

Between July 2018 and December 2018, we undertook 104 cell wing refurbishments at HMP Wormwood Scrubs for the MoJ at a cost of £475,000.

We conducted the following refurbishment works: –

From May 2019 for a period of approx. 21 weeks, we conducted undertook an extension to the CSU wing at HMP Birmingham for the MoJ at a cost of £350,000.

The work was undertaken in a live environment and included out of hours and weekend work. It involved installing security hoardings to facilitate the work.

We conducted the following works as part of the project: –

From March 2019 for a period of approx. 8 weeks, we undertook the refurbishment of a mess cafe at HMP Send for the MoJ at a cost of £124,000.

Since August 2019, we undertook the reinstatement of Wing B at HMP Winchester for HMP at a cost of approx. £150,000.

We have conducted the following works as part of the project: –

From August 2019 for a period of approx. 4 weeks, we reinstated NOMS-approved secure and compliant security ceilings at HMP Wormwood Scrubs for GFSL at a cost of £68,000. During a routine survey it was discovered that the ceilings were non-compliant and provided a security breach problem. We installed NOMS-approved secure and compliant ceilings out of hours to keep the area in operation.

From October 2020 for a period of approx. 13 weeks, we undertook seg reinstatements work at HMP Wandsworth for GFSL at a cost of £70,000.

Since September 2020, we installed 5 Nr showers at HMP Wormwood Scrubs for GFSL at a cost of £220,000.

From January 2020 for a period of approx. 21 weeks, we undertook 2 Nr shower refurbishments at HMP Wormwood Scrubs for GFSL at a cost of £110,000.

From February 2019 for a period of approx. 8 weeks, we created 2 new shower rooms at HMP Brinsford for the MoJ at a cost of £125,000.

From November 2018 for a period of approx. 8 weeks, we created new equalities act compliant accessible shower at HMP Wandsworth for the MoJ at a cost of £45,000.

Between April 2020 and June 2020, we altered and adapted an existing wing at HMP/YOI Feltham for GFSL to make it suitable for use as an ESU wing at a cost of £159,000.

Between December 2018 and February 2019, we installed new specialist security gates at HMP Wormwood Scrubs for the MoJ at a cost of £30,000.

As part of the project, we installed NOMs-approved security gates to the new visiting area. The work was undertaken out of hours.

Between April 2020 and June 2020, we installed legal safe booths at HMP/YOI Feltham for the provision of legal visits at a cost of £149,000.

The visits were undertaken out of hours and at weekends to keep the establishment’s areas live and operational.
