In 2022, PMA was approached by VIVO Defence Services to complete projects across the Ministry of Defence (“MOD”) sector. Within the first year, PMA completed a variety of projects covering areas in London and across England, including the refurbishment of ensuite bathrooms and shower rooms, upgrading kitchens and bathrooms, reactive maintenance on properties, installation of sleeper modular cabins, house conversions to single living accommodation, upgrading M&E and structural repair works to roofing.

Completed projects include:

  • En-suite shower facility refurbishment at Marchwood – McMullen Barracks
  • Commercial heating upgrade and replacement at Bulford Manor
  • Helifix to void properties at Tidworth – Matthews Estate
  • Reinstatement and internal refurbishment to void properties at Tidworth – Matthews Estate
  • GRP removal and replacement of roof detail to three storey properties at Tidworth – Matthews Estate
  • SFA to SLA conversions at Windsor – Broom Farm Estate
  • VIVO office refurbishment at Kingston – The Keep
  • Shower refurbishment to Radox specification at Hereford – Credenhill
